At Glam Littles, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
- A restocking fee of up to10% may apply for returns that are not due to a defect or incorrect item.
How to start a return:
- Contact us at sales@glamlittles.com with your order details.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions. You may use your own shipping carrier or request a prepaid return label from us, for which the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We’ll assess the issue and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as needed. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (following the return process) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status.
- If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Return shipping costs (if using our prepaid label) will be deducted from your refund.
- A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
